Nathan Viebrock is a partner at Viebrock + De Nittis where he represents both consumers and responsible financial services providers. He is an accomplished

practitioner in consumer financial services law and has experience guiding clients onstate and federal regulatory issues and product development in the areas of mortgage origination and servicing, auto finance, and consumer lending. He is well-versed in counseling clients on matters related to UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and CARD Act compliance. After beginning his career at the CFPB, he also served as in-house product and regulatory counsel at a nationally recognized FinTech company and advised clients on building innovative financial services products at two of America's largest law firms.
