Nancy Stearns Bercaw is a writer, former competitive swimmer and freelance journalist whose work has appeared in publications including The New York Times, The Huffington Post, U.S. News & World Report and various magazines. She was a 17‑time NCAAAll‑American swimmer and was inducted into the University of South Florida Athletic Hall of Fame.
