She is a staunch supporter of LGBTQ rights and is involved in several advocacy endeavours. She is the Lead auditor for quality standards ISO 9000 2015 and ISO 45,001 2018; was awarded twice by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi for conducting gender sensitisation workshops in slum schools. Actively conducting gender audits in different universities like Delhi University’s constituent colleges- Kalindi College and Moti Lal Nehru College, she actively conducts workshops and sensitisation programs to make educational institutions gender inclusive. She is a part of IQAC cluster NAAC Consulting highlighting gender audits and declaring a campus gender neutral. She is also empanelled in the Ministry of Women and Child Development as a POSH Trainer (Prevention of sexual harassment at workplace prevention Prohibition redressal Act, 2013).
