Nader F NowparastDr. Nader Frank Nowparast was born in Tehran, Iran in 1931 and came to the United States in 1956 on student Visa and with a four-years scholarship given to him by the United States Government due to the exceptionally high score he obtained on the Apttude Test. After being honored with B.S. and M.A. Degrees in Psychology and completion of 60 credit in Doctoral Program toward the Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, he returned to Tehran, Iran in 1970. In addition to his academic achievements, he provided Comprehensive Psychological Services at Oklahoma State Penitentiary (1962-1964) and Youth Development Centers in Canonsburg and Cornwells Heights in the State of Pennsylvania (1966-1969).
