Nadejda MarquesNadejda Marques is a lecturer at University of Colorado Boulder teaching Feminism and Social Movements in Latin America. Marques was at Stanford University from 2011 to 2016. At Stanford, Marques was the manager of the Program on Human Rights at FSI enter on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law where she developed research projects on Human Trafficking and Health as Human Rights. Marques was also a researcher at Stanford Medical School with the School Health Demonstration Project and the Discover Lab. Marques is a founding member of the University Network for Human Rights, an organization that seeks to encourage and train college and graduate students to work in human rights in the United States and around the world.
