Nada GolmieNada Golmie received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2002. Since 1993 she has been a research engineer for the advanced networking technologies division at the National Institute of Standards and Technolgy (NIST). This publication, however, is not affiliated with her work there.
