N E MacdougaldN.E. MacDougald served a tour in Vietnam with the 519th Military Intelligence Battalion (MACV). He has been a technical rock climber and active shooter for forty years. He was the Survival Editor for Soldier of Fortune magazine, and becme the Managing Editor of SURVIVE magazine in 1980.
