Muhammad Daud
Dr. Muhammad Daud is an Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Peshawar Pakistan. He received his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFPM), Saudi Arabia in December 2016. His research focuses on the development of layered double hydroxide (LDH) modified with 2D and bio-based hybrid nanocomposites, and their applications in the field of polymer nanocomposites, water treatment and energy applications. His research directly applies to the sustainability and remediation methods, playing a pivotal role in advancing more effective techniques and materials for treating water and polluted wastewater. He completed his post doctorate at the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Refining & Advanced Chemicals (IRCRAC), KFUPM in August 2023.
