Moses NyongesaMoses Nyongesa, an expert in potato blight is a Principal Researcher Scientist and Leader of the Potato Research Program at the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO) where he has worked for thirteen years. During this time, h has worked on a range of research topics including integrated disease management, innovations in seed potato delivery targeting smallholder growers in Kenya's highlands and championing the integration of the value chain concept in potato farming enterprises. He holds a PhD in Crop Science from University of Wales (Bangor), UK; MSc in Nematology from Gent University, Belgium and a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi.
