Monica AnneBefore I can remember, I've always had migraines and got sick often. I was diagnosed with Hasimoto's hypothyroidism when I was only eight years old. Since then, it's been a battle to stay healthy. As an adult, I learned that I had even more medical cnditions, including arthritis, blood clotting disorders, anemia, vit d deficiency, chiari malformation, MTHFR, asthma, and reactivated epstein-barr. But I have big dreams, and this is only the beginning. In 2012, my doctor suggested that I give up gluten to help bring down my tyroid antibodies. I would never go back. This has changed my life and the way I feel on a daily basis. Through out my medical journey, I learned that it's important to take charge of your health, be mindful of everything your body tells you and the things you eat, and listen to what the doctor tells you. But that is what I am here for...to help you. I want to help you find the right foods, the right information, and the right plans for what is going on in your life. I want to help you be the best, healthiest version of yourself. Now, you may be wondering about my skills as a writer. Well, I have always loved writing. Within the last couple years, I decided to take my passion and make it into a full-fledged business. That's exactly what I did at the end of 2018, but I've been writing and editing for about 10 years now. In fact, I am actually a young adult fantasy author. My current series is The Ailause Saga, soon to be published. I am also a blogger, writing both on monicaannebooks.com and busylifehealthywife.com. I am excited for you to read my work and eager to help you in any way I can. Please message me on either site if you need assistance, and I'll message you back ASAP. Read More Read Less
