Mona DugganDr Mona Duggan has lived in the Ormskirk district for many years. She taught in primary schools in Manchester and Cleveleys before marrying and taking up a post in Maghull. She left teaching when her children arrived, but once they grew up and went t university she took and obtained a BA Hons Open University degree. She then continued her studies by completing a PhD for research into the history of Ormskirk at Lancaster University.
