Molly DavisMOLLY DAVIS is a writer, speaker, facilitator and coach, with over twenty years of national and international experience. She is the founder of Trailhead Coaching & Consulting, and through her work helps people to courageously step more fully into thir own lives by connecting who they are with what they do. For the past 20 years she has worked as a senior facilitator for Learning Point Group, where her primary areas of focus are leadership and supervisory development. Molly is co-author of the internationally published Letters to Our Daughters, written with her best friend, Kristine Van Raden. Highlighted on the Oprah Show, the book is a collection of letters from women to their daughters, and shines a light on the common threads that connect us as human beings regardless of circumstances. As a result of their cross-country book tour and subsequent invitations to speak, they founded Matters That Matter(R), a partnership to provide keynotes, retreats and workshops designed to inspire others to live according to what they care about. Their work has taken them to national conventions, annual fundraisers, and world-class health spas, including regular appearances at Rancho La Puerta near San Diego, California. Molly lives with her husband Tom at the base of Mt. Adams in Washington State. She loves nothing more than gathering family and friends together in their rustic home to eat good food, engage in real and sometimes raucous conversation, savor some good wine, and find rest, connection, and renewal together. Most days you will find her in jeans and well-worn cowboy boots. Read More Read Less
