Mirella DelorenzoMirella DeLorenzo is a mother of three grown children and has taught yoga in the Philadelphia area for more than 15 years. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate from Yoga on Main in 2008. She continued her studies by completing wo additional 500-hour yoga and Ayurveda teacher training programs in 2009 and 2012. She completed an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant program with the American Institute of Vedic Studies in 2013. Mirella is also a certified Integral Vedic counselor through The American Institute of Vedic studies since 2020. She was formally initiated in both Turiya meditation and Kriya yoga meditation.
