Miranda QueenMiranda Queen is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In the first 10 years of her life she witnessed her father physically abuse her mother, parents abuse drugs, alcohol, steal and do whatever they had to do in order to survive. By age twelve she had been mlested, in and out of foster homes, a runaway and pregnant. She was confused about how life was going and should be. She became pregnant at twelve and a mother at the tender age of thirteen! Somehow during it all she held on to her belief in God. Miranda is a mother and grandmother. She left Baton Rouge in 1999 and joined the United States Navy where she planned to retire. Unbeknown to her at the time, God had another plan and path on her journey. After serving for thirteen years in the military and being laid off, Miranda went into the banking industry, started a business, and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management where she is currently working on her MBA. Although things seemed great on the surface her personal relationships with her partner and loved ones was suffering. She suffered from anxiety, depression, and PTSD while her life took another turn. She found out at age thirty-six that the man she thought was her father was in fact not her biological father. Just when she thought life could not get any worse and things started to look up, she had to pause and deal with the pain of this news. Miranda could not run or hide any longer from the pain of her past and present. She found out that she could heal past the pain and begin to do just that. Her belief is that everything in your life was predestined to happen for God to use you for your purpose. Her mission is to help women heal from and through the pain of their past, to operate in their purpose. "One day this pain will make sense to you". Read More Read Less
