Milica Pojic

Milica PojicMilica Pojic, PhD Principal Research Fellow in the Institute of Food Technology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She is the Assistant Director for International Cooperation, Scientific Advisor. Her current area of expertise is in Hemp production and rocessing. She coordinated a project By-products of industrial hemp processing as renewable raw materials in food industry at the national level. Currently she is coordinating the project Non-thermal plasma potential in the hemp seed sprouting funded within bilateral scientific programme between Germany and Serbia. Her research interests are in the area of alternative proteins of plant origin. Her research outputs include 50 peer-reviewed research publications, 7 chapters and one co-edited book. She is an editorial board member of the Food and Feed Research scientific journal published by the Institute of Food Technology in Novi Sad. Read More Read Less
