Milad SaeedifarDr. Milad Saeedifar graduated with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology in Iran (summa cum laude). He later went on to pursue a three-year postdoc at the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering, at Delft University of Tehnology, in the Netherlands. His research field is mainly focused on non-destructive testing and structural health monitoring of composite structures. He has published over 50 papers in high-prestige ISI journals, including but not limited to Composites Part B, Composites Part A, Composites Science and Technology, Composite Structures, and Structural Health Monitoring. In addition, he has participated as a researcher in three European projects in the field of structural health monitoring of composite and hybrid structures, i.e., QUALIFY, ReMAP, and Ticoajo.
