Michele ChronisterMichele E. Chronister received her B.A. and M.A. degrees in theology from the University of Notre Dame. While completing her Master's degree through Notre Dame's Institute for Church Life's ECHO program, she had the opportunity to work with preschoolrs in a catechetical setting, through the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. She was amazed by what children so young could learn about their faith, and that realization continues to inspire her. Through the ECHO program she had the opportunity to take master's level courses on the art of catechesis, studying how to catechize, the history of catechesis, and the process of developing and evaluating catechetical materials. She works to apply all of this in her daily life, as she raises her two year old daughter, and shares nuggets of catechetical inspiration for parents on her blog, "MyDomestic Monastery" (welcometomydomesticmonastery.blogspot.com), a blog with readers from across the country, as well as internationally. She currently resides in Missouri with her husband and daughter. Read More Read Less
