Michael Paul GauciBorn and raised in Sydney, Australia, Michael Gauci began his working career as a magazine journalist and then as a head editor. After transitioning into the staffing industry, he has since moved into senior leadership positions, advising global orgaisations on best-practise workforce-management concepts and models. He has spent significant time advising his customers on how to engage and retain female candidates in male-dominated industries and roles. Michael hopes to inspire young girls to think about their careers with an open mind, to dream big and not to limit their potential.
