Michael BaroneMichael Barone is a a journalist and former political consultant, senior political analyst for the Washington Examiner and resident fellow emeritus at the American Enterprise Institute. He is a founder and longtime principal co-author of The Almanac f American Politics and is the author of six other books on American history and politics and its British heritage. He has worked for the Washington Post and U.S. News & World Report and has written for many other publications.
