Micela LeisMicela Leis spent several years as an elementary school teacher in public and private schools. She received her PhD in Education from the University of Virginia in 2016 and has been working at the Center for Creative Leadership ever since. She is curently a senior research scientist at CCL, overseeing research and evaluation for K-12 clients. Micela led the development of the Leadership Indicator for Students, a tool for examining youth leadership in schools and youth- focused organizations.
