Melizza ChernovMelizza Chernov is a Rhode Island School of Design alumna. While at RISD she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. Her artwork is inspired by the quirky and unusual. She and her five siblings spent their early years living in a project housng community in Queens, New York. There she learned her most important lessons about artistic expression. However, increasingly Melizza developed a desire to be more closely connected to the natural world. Presently, she lives in the Massachusetts countryside.
