Melissa PalombiMelissa Palombi works in the University of Virginia's Athletics Department in marketing and promotions, as well as assisting in licensing. She enjoys helping coordinate the Athletic Department's many events and is pleased to collaborate with the Univrsity Communications Department on all things with the UVA brand. For Melissa, who has a B.F.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.A. in art history, this book is an expression of her pursuit of the creative. Her first cookbook was for her parents' thirty-fourth wedding anniversary, a compilation of both sides of her family heritage and passion for food. There were thirty-five recipes, thirty-four for the years together and one for good luck, plus many family photos.
