Melanie WenMs. Wen was born in Burma and grew up in southern China. She moved to Canada when she was 24 years old. Ms. Wen was exposed to different culinary elements and influenced by various cuisines since a young age. She is a self-taught cook who loves to cobine different culinary elements to create new dishes. Melanie enjoys travelling and trying out new dishes. One of Melanie's hobbies is reverse-engineering a new dish she likes after trying it in a restaurant.
