Mehmet Can AtayikDr. Mehmet Can Atayik is a medical doctor at Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa. He has been working as a scientist and researcher under the mentorship of Professor Ufuk Çakatay since 2017. His research interests are in th fields of aging, age-related disorders, redox biology, oncogenetics, melatonin, mitochondria, surgery, and tissue biochemistry. Doctor Atayik has conducted clinical research, and experimental studies. He has published many scientific papers such as research paper, narrative reviews, and book chapters, and worked as an author, referee, editorial assistant, guest editor, and editor in many prominent publishing houses.
