MEGAN ALYSSA OCCILHello everyone! My name is Megan Alyssa Occil. Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated with illustration. I was always drawn to the illustrations in picture books, cartoons, and anime, I would draw events that would happen to me in real life Every time I was stressed I had an urge to draw. As years have gone by, I've come to realize how this became a passion of mine. I am currently exploring different opportunities illustrating for children's books and graphic novels. The subject of my work is based on my loved ones and my experiences. My art style is kid appropriate because I hope to convey a positive message in a fun way. The main lesson I want my audience to learn is to be yourself, by being unique and finding your own voice. My goals for the future include being a part of a publishing company for book illustrations.
