Maurice JacksonMaurice Jackson was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and reared in the church and notably around gospel music. His mother was a professional gospel singer who was the featured vocalist on several recordings. At school, Maurice developed an early iterest in music, but his mother always thought he would become a writer because of a poem he wrote her as a child. Maurice has served as minister of music and also as a musician at several churches in the tri-state area. He is a professional gospel recording artist, producer, writer, and the CEO of VMJ Entertainment.
