Maureen JenningsMaureen Jennings immigrated to Canada from the UK as a teenager. She is the author of the Detective Murdoch Mysteries, which has been adapted to a television series that airs around the world. The series is now in its eighteenth season. In 2024, Jennngs was the recipient of the Grand Master Award from the Crime Writers of Canada for her long-term contribution to Canadian and international mystery writing.
