Mattia de RosaMattia De Rosa is an Associate Professor in Energy and Applied Thermodynamics in the Department of Biomedical Science of the University of Sassari, Italy, where he also worked as an Assistant Professor from between November 2020 and December 2022. Hewas a Visiting Researcher at the Institute of Energy Engineering, Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain in 2014, where he studied the development of numerical methods for geothermal heat pump systems. Mattia was a Research Fellow at Queen's University Belfast, UK from 2015 to 2017, and a Senior Energy System Researcher at University College Dublin, Republic of Ireland. During his career, Mattia has worked in several national and international research projects and as a lecturer in energy, thermodynamics, and heat transfer for university undergraduate and post-graduate courses.
