Matthew RensberryMatthew Rensberry, MD grew up in Central America where he translated for several medical mission teams and developed a love for medicine. He attended Olivet Nazarene University and then studied medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicin. While there, Matthew signed up with the United States Army and joined the residency at Fort Hood in Texas. Following residency, he was assigned to the 1st Brigade in the 1st Cavalry Division as their Brigade Surgeon. He deployed for a year to Iraq and Kuwait. Following his time in the US Army, Dr. Rensberry moved to central Florida and became the medical director and faculty member for AdventHealth Family Medicine Program. In 2018, he resigned that position to open a private direct primary care practice called Anchor Direct Primary Care in Orlando, FL. One of Dr. Rensberry's passions is partnering with his patients to help them be successful in losing weight and maintaining their weight loss.
