Matteo Airaldi

Matteo Airaldi is an ophthalmologist and PhD student at the University of Brescia, Italy, and a cornea fellow at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, UK. He is a fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the most relevant sientific societies in ophthalmology. He has authored or co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed journal publications. His research currently focuses on multimodal corneal imaging, real-world outcomes of corneal transplantation, corneal endothelial cell viability and development of deep-learning applications to corneal surgery.
