Marzena SowaMarzena Sowa is a Polish graphic novelist living in France. She was born in 1979, in a small industrial city, Stalowa Wola (Poland). She left her country in 2001 and settled in Bordeaux. Since 2006, she has lived partly in France, in a small village n Champagne, and partly in Belgium (Brussels). In collaboration with Sylvain Savoia, she published one comic book series Marzi which tells the story of her childhood in the communist Poland.
