Mary Vanderkooy GuldemondMary VanderKooy Guldemond was the fifth child in her large family, but the first one to attend high school and college. She worked forty years as teacher and as administrator in Christian schools in Ontario. As Special Education Consultant for the Onario Alliance of Christian Schools (OACS) for fifteen years, she led numerous workshops for resource teachers and in 2006 produced the OACS Special Education Handbook. Mary lives in Hamilton, ON, with her husband, Adrian, is the mother of four children: Marcel, Lawren, Wesley, and Vanessa, and has eleven grandchildren.
