Mary L BlasbergMary is a retired teacher who lives in Northwest Florida with her husband, Mike, 2 cats, and a dog. She taught special needs children for 30 years, the last 10 years with preschool children ages 3-5. Mary has 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Oneof her grandchildren, Jayden, loves dinosaurs. Mary has a pastime of writing poetry.. Most of her poems are for others to bless them on their journey through this life. Her most recent poem, Dizzy the Dinosaur, was turned into a children's story through the encouragement of some friends and due to her grandson's love of dinosaurs. She wanted her writing to teach something and this story shows that friends can help you bring about good changes in yourself. Mary's husband, Mike, has a nephew named Job Barrow. Job is a great artist who has never really pursued using his talent in a professional manner. Mary asked him to illustrate her book and he used his talents to create a unique dinosaur "Dizzy".
