Mary C MickelsonFun loving, energetic, a hard worker, and a joy to be around, are some of the words that describe Mary Mickelson. She grew up with her three older sisters and one older brother in a small town in Northern Minnesota. As a child, she would help her moter sew, make homemade bread, raviolis, and can homemade spaghetti sauce. Her father worked hard in the iron ore mines to support their close knit large Italian family until his retirement. Mary went on to become a secretary- bookkeeper, office manager, and later in life, an airline specialist for a large airline. Mary loves to travel, and this job was like a dream come true. Her household includes Charlie and their rescue dog, Coco. Her hobbies include going to concerts, helping at fund raisers, spending time with family and friends, and walking on her treadmill. Mary has 2 grown married daughters and to date, 3 grandchildren. Two girls and one grandson. With the pandemic of 2020 affecting so many businesses, especially the airlines, Mary found extra time on her hands, so she decided to write this book.
