Marvin ZukerMarvin Zuker was appointed a Judge of the Ontario Court of Justice in 1978. He retired in December 2016. He holds the rank of Associate Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto, where he has aught since 1982. Justice Zuker has written extensively in the areas of family, civil, and education law. He is the author and co-author of numerous books on education and on the rights of women and children.
