Over the decades, Marty and her team have continued to expand their pre-employment screening services, making sure their clients hire solid candidates.She's an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), where she has served on a number of PBSA boards, including as chair of the Canadian board in 2020. She is also a proud member of the Women's President Organization, a peer-to-peer advisory committee board.
