Martijn ArsMartijn is a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has guided banks through all sorts of transformational change. Having a background in engineering he is programmed to design innovative solutions for complex problems and design thinking is had-wired into his brain. Over the past 12 years he applied these skills as a management consultant in the banking industry. Martijn has worked with various banks across the globe to design value propositions that better address customer needs and (IT) operating models that are better fit for purpose. He holds a MSc degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology. During his work as consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he has followed executive education at INSEAD Business School and Maastricht University. Furthermore he is a certified Lean Green Belt, Agile Scrum Product Owner and Scaled Agile Framework professional.
