Marta AntonelliMarta Antonelli is Senior Research Associate at the Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change and Head of Research at the Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition Foundation. With a background in International Economics and a PhD in Geography, her reseach interests and publications lie in the field of sustainable food production and consumption, behavioural change, water management and policy. Her professional experiences include positions at City University London, the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (Eawag), the University of Venice IUAV, the University of Rome "Roma Tre", the University of Siena, Venice International University.
