Chef Marlo defines his cooking style as soul fusion, because whether it is Mediterranean, Asian, authentic Mexican, classical French, or southern comfort it all comes from the heart. At Cravings Express, Chef Marlo wants to showcase the use of innovative technique with quality ingredients to create flavor uunparalleled to any other dining experience.
