Mark W Rasmussen

Mark W. Rasmussen is a Partner at Jones Day in Dallas, and a trial lawyer and counselor with nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, regulatory and internal investigations, and bakruptcy matters. Since 2016, Mark has been advising clients on crypto assets, blockchain technology, and other fintech matters, including regulatory counseling and dispute resolution. In 2018, Mark was appointed by Chief Judge Barbara Lynn, of the Northern District of Texas, to be the first-ever receiver in an SEC enforcement action involving an ICO promoter.
