Mark is a popular speaker in the US and abroad on the emerging social-finance arena. He is a member of the social finance community as a founding board member and Chairman of New Resource Bank. He is an advisor to the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE) and serves as an Advisor to PCGA, which manages TBL Capital, the company he founded.
