Marjolein HundMarjolein Hund (1977) grew up in Monnickendam. As a child, she was always drawing, painting, pasting and cutting. She was a real child of the outdoors and was very creative: she made her own toys with the materials she found on the street. She talkedto trees, gave names to plants, and let them all play a part in her fantasy world. When she was young, she won several coloring competitions and from early on she knew she wanted to 'do something with drawing'. Currently, she lives in Amsterdam with her husband and two children.
