Mario FernandoMario Fernando, Ph.D. is Professor of Management in the School of Management, Operations and Marketing at University of Wollongong, New South Wales. His research published in high-impact journals explores how responsible executive action leads to postive individual, organisational and societal outcomes. Responsible decision-making, business ethics and human resource management are his key research areas. He is a recipient of national grants and awards for research and teaching. The impact of his contribution to a range of teaching and learning activities has been acknowledged at national and international levels. He has authored two books and serves on three journal editorial boards.
