Mario A RileyMario A. Riley Sr. is a respected retired Code Enforcement Officer, hailing from El Rio's Colonia Avenue. His diverse career experiences extend to his service with The Ventura Corrections Services Agency and as a volunteer reserve Police Officer for he Oxnard Police Department. Alongside his wife, Virginia, Riley dedicated his time to voluntary service at Livingston Memorial Hospice in Ventura. His commitment to community extends to his active service in the ministries of Calvary Chapel of El Rio/Oxnard. He currently serves on the Rio Manor Water Company Board of Directors and is involved in Rio Lindo's Neighborhood Council.
