Maria MarchanMaria Marchan was born and bred in the beautiful twin island of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in 1963, She grew up in a god fearing family, where there were weekly church attendance and family devotion. Maria's yearning for a deeper level of sprituality and a relationship with God evolved her into a source of encouragement and support for others, especially in times of crisis. From an early age, Maria showed the ability to empathize and connect with children. Her devotion to children developed during her childhood as she is the first child and maternal grandchild. She enjoyed assisting her parents with the caregiving of her younger siblings. Maria studied Child Psychology at the University of the West Indies Open Campus, Trinidad and Tobago, which helps her to understand how the young minds work.
