Margaret VandenburgMargaret Vandenburg is a novelist, playwright, and essayist whose books include The Home Front, a portrait of a family facing autism; Weapons of Mass Destruction, an Iraq War requiem; and An American in Paris, a historical romp through the sapphic saons in the Roaring Twenties. Her plays include Belly of the Beast, a finalist for the Drama League Award for Outstanding Digital Theater, and Roe v. Wade 2.0, the centerpiece of a theater-based reproductive rights coalition. Having completed her PhD in English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University, Vandenburg spent her academic career as a Senior Lecturer at Barnard College, specializing in modernism, postmodernism, and gender studies.
