Marcos SequoiaMarcos Sequoia was born in Switzerland. After his studies in English and French at the Basel University, he moved to California, where he taught languages at high schools and junior colleges. He started writing poems, which he later translated into hs native Swiss-German dialect. They were published in 2015 under the title Words Got in My Way. He has also collaborated on a film script, and written a play and some short stories. After travelling and staying in different European and Asian countries, he returned to Switzerland.
