Manuel Borges de F HenriquesAuthor Manuel Borges de F. Henriques (c.1833-1873) was a native of Flores island, Azores, who had lived in the Boston area from a young age. His book, "A Trip to the Azores or Western Islands," published in 1867 in Boston, is the only book known to b of his authorship. In his book, he describes returning to his native land after an absence of eighteen years.
