Manu SoodManu's passion for the great outdoors has included Rock Climbing in Patagonia, Snow Kiting in Norway, Trekking north of the arctic circle in Finland, Zip lining in Laos and Scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. To support these expeditios, he has been working in financial roles in Hospitality and IT&T ventures in Australia, India and Singapore. One day, his partner fell out of love with him and walked away. A year later, Acro Yoga (partner acrobatics) came in to his life. He then took up the gym and mobility classed with a passion to build the flexibility and strength required to do the poses. Only then did he realise that the cliché has some truth in it You cannot learn to love another, till you love yourself first!
