Makaila PetrovaMakaila Petrova is a happily married mother of three children. Since she was a little girl, she has always been a fan of the horror genre and loved reading cautionary tales. Her love for the genre seems to have been passed down to her daughters as thy inspired her to write The Around the Corner Man and the characters in the story represent Makaila's family. The Around the Corner Man is Makaila's first children's book.
